HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES MEDICAL TEAM TO PROVIDE SERVICES IN IMMOKALEE

 

Immokalee, Fla.—  A National Disaster Medical Team from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services will begin providing primary health care services at the Department of Health in Collier County (DOH-Collier) Immokalee office building beginning Saturday, September 16, 2017 at 8:00 a.m until further notice. 

Where: DOH-Collier Immokalee

           419 North First Street

           Immokalee, FL 34142

When:  Beginning Saturday, September 16, 2017

 Monday – Sunday, 8:00 a.m – 8:00 p.m.

What:         Primary care services

 

Disaster Medical Assistance Teams (DMAT) are staffed with medical professionals and para-professionals who can help area health systems respond by providing expert patient care. 

DOH-Collier administrative offices and clinics will be closed until Monday, September 18, 2017, including WIC, HIV, STD, TB, Immunizations, and Healthy Start.
