Utility Billing & Customer Service

Have You Seen Your New Utility Bill?

Your printed utility bill has a new look with more information and a user-friendly layout. The front of the bill has several new features and enhancements. The back of the bill has even more useful information and tips to help you understand the cost of your water/sewer service and how changes in your water usage affect the amount you pay.

Click here for an explanation of some of the new feature of your printed bill.  We value your feedback. Once you receive your new bill, tell us what you think. Email your comments to PublicUtilities@colliergov.net.

If you are here looking for a way to view and pay your current bill, don’t despair. We are working to bring electronic bill presentment and payment to you later this year.
We’ll keep you posted…
