Design, communicate, implement and administer an integrated, comprehensive approach to compensation that is a tool for management to attract and retain employees and drive performance that exceeds our customers' expectations.

 

Compensation is an important part of the “tool kit” that managers are given in order to effectively manage their employees.   Our managers look for a compensation plan that is well thought out, competitive, predictable, consistent and able to be easily communicated to employees.  

 

Our employees want to simply and clearly understand what performance/behavior is expected by and valued in the organization and what they must do in order to be rewarded.
