LEWIS COMMISSION REPORT: The attached Lewis Commission Report was prepared as a result of the State and local community's Hurricane Andrew response of 1992. The Lewis commission spent many months gathering the facts and drafting this blueprint for Florida's response system of today. The report is here for easy retrieval and to form the basis for answers as to why we do the things we do in preparing for a disasters.
