Regarding the draft plan/strategy below, the LMS Working Group, at a publicly noticed meeting which occurred 0n 16 Oct 2009, voted to approve each section and annex of the LMS indicated below.  That said, the public can still contact the LMS Chair with any recommendations at any time via the e-mail address above.
