The Collier County Housing & Human Services Department provides several programs to assist low- and moderate-income homebuyers and renters in addition to health care service referrals.  The Housing section is dedicated to streamlining communication between developers and buyers and to growing the number of affordable units availabe in the community.

Homebuyers: First-time homebuyers can take advantage of our interest-free loans, financial assistance for down payments and closing costs, as well as, impact fee deferrals or waivers.
