The Comprehensive Planning Department Growth Management Plan (GMP) Services Team is responsible for the preparation and implementation of the Capital Improvement Element (CIE), Transportation Element (TE), Public Facilities Element [Sanitary Sewer Sub-ELement (SS), Potable Water Sub-Element (PW), Drainage Sub-Element, Solid Waste Sub-Element (SW), Natural Groundwater Acquifer Recharge Sub-Element (NGWAR)], Housing Element (HE), Recreation and Open Space Element (ROSE), Conservation and Coastal Element (CCME), Intergovernmental Coordination Element (ICE), Future Land Use Element (FLUE), the Golden Gate Area Master Plan (GGAMP), the Immokalee Area Master Plan (IAMP), and Economic Element (EE) of the Collier County Growth Management Plan which is the comprehensive long range plan required by the State of Florida. The Department also maintains and provides population estimates.
The Redevelopment, TDR, Stewardship Program, FIAM, Economic and Demographics Team is responsible for preparations of Community Redevelopment, Tranfer of Developement Rights (TDR) and Stewardship (SSA) program processes, as well as Fiscal Impact Analysis Management (FIAM) and providing economic and dempographic information.
