Volunteering through Collier County Parks and Recreation is a great way to give back to the community, meet new people, and even fulfill educational service-learning hour requirements.  A variety of Volunteer opportunities within Collier County Parks & Recreation are available throughout Collier County each year and are available for anyone over the age of thirteen (13).

The Volunteer Program offers flexible hours and works with your schedule! Applications are accepted year-round, and volunteers may choose to work in one location, or move throughout the county. Opportunities vary based on the needs of each location.

Safety is a top priority within the Volunteer Program. Any person seeking to volunteer 10 hours or more must also clear a background check. If you wish to volunteer on a regular basis complete the Volunteer, Parks and Recreation application and a background consent application online.
