Collier Area Transit (CAT), as a grantee of both the Department of Transportation and the Federal Transit Administration, is in the triennial process of establishing its goal for its Disadvantaged Business Enterprise DBE program.  The final goal will be in effect for the next three years (Fiscal years 2016/17, 2017/18, 2018/19).
